Cancellation Policy
• Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.
•24-hour notice is required for ALL reschedules and cancellations.
• Cancelling or rescheduling under 24 hours will result in a 50% late cancellation fee.
• No-shows are charged 100% of the service total and will be required to prepay for all future appointments—no exceptions.
• Arriving 10+ minutes late automatically counts as a no-show if I can’t take you. The full service fee will be charged.
